Crates can be widely used in Hardware, electronic, mechanical parts, refrigeration, storage, transportation etc. They are acid and alkali resistant, oil resistant. Convenient, stacked neatly, easy to manage.
Plastic crates are anti-aging, bearing strength, tensile, and anti-compression, tear resistant, high temperature resistant, rich color.
According to the box thickness, crate moulds can be divided into:
1) Light box
2) Standard box
3) Thick box
Normally use material PP, PE, PC, some thick box material combined with Caco3.
Advantages: heavier weight, thicker thickness, lower cost
Disadvantages: colloid brittle, easy to aging, easy to fade
Injection molding process changes: the pressure increases, the temperature increases, the clamping force increases.

Light crate box thickness is about 0.7 ~ 1.5mm
Mainly used for fruit and vegetable transportation-based packaging, mostly non-reusable, the using time is short.
Product technical points:
The ribs at the bottom and four ribs at sides are strip shape and with under ribs as auxiliary reinforcement. Four corners of the column to do the overall superposition of the force point, to avoid thicker than other parts of the hole at the inserts cooling effect to be very good.
Material selection:
PP based. Selection of black raw materials (one-time products)
Crate mold features:
Part of the structure to pull the hook, four-slider mechanism (shortening the production cycle by 30%)
